Challenge

Carbon footprint is still a new term for the market in Egypt. Updating the equipment to define the aging of the electric network and its components, improving the analysis reports we provide our customers, that' s one of our significant strengths as it guides the client according to suitable action plan aiming to sustainable efficient energy management.

The existing labs in Egypt provide oil analysis services, we aim to establish a transformer oil regeneration unit so it will reduce cost and resources. We already have an experienced team and the factory is working but we do not get enough funds associated with fair conditions to build the unit.

SCOPE OF WORK

Electrical Maintenance

  • Extending the lifespan of electrical equipment and reducing carbon emissions in line with environmental protection standards.
  • Enhancing sustainability through continuous product and service development.
  • Measuring power quality and providing advanced solutions to improve it.
  • Maintenance of medium and low voltage transformers and circuit breakers to ensure operational efficiency.

Manufacturing and Design

  • Operating a factory equipped with the latest technology to produce electrical panels that meet the needs of various sectors.
  • Designing and manufacturing power factor correction (PFC) panels to improve the quality and sustainability of electrical networks.
  • Designing and maintaining low voltage panels up to 4000 amps, and providing advanced solutions for synchronization panels, ATS panels, protection panels, and control panels (HMI & PLC)

Transformer Oil Analysis

  • Regular analysis of transformer oil quality to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conducting PCB analysis to ensure oils are free from harmful substances to the environment.
  •  Filtering and refining oils to increase the efficiency of electrical equipment and reduce environmental impact.

PROBLEMS

The market lacks awareness of electrical maintenance solutions that reduce carbon footprints, exposing companies to risks of non-compliance with future environmental standards. This requires developing sustainable solutions to improve environmental efficiency.

Reliance on outdated technology leads to higher maintenance costs and decreased operational efficiency, necessitating the need for modernization and adoption of advanced technologies.

With the upcoming implementation of the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) by the European Union in January 2026, companies will face significant challenges related to the need to measure and reduce carbon emissions to ensure export capabilities.

SOLUTION

Carbon Footprint Analysis

Providing accurate carbon footprint analysis services for electrical equipment, helping companies comply with modern environmental standards.
