Vacuuming and Oil Filtration Works for a Power Transformer – Hitachi 30 MVA

The Triple M team continues to carry out transformer operation and maintenance activities in accordance with the highest technical standards and advanced levels of accuracy and professionalism, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of electrical systems while enhancing operational safety.

Within this scope, Mr. Shaaban executed full vacuuming and insulation oil filtration works for a Hitachi power transformer rated at 30 MVA. The works included the removal of moisture, gases, and impurities from the oil and the transformer’s internal insulation, as well as addressing complex technical challenges that could affect the transformer’s operational performance.

The activities were performed using specialized equipment and approved techniques, ensuring improved insulation oil quality and enhanced electrical insulation efficiency. This contributes to stable transformer performance, reduced risk of failures, and extended equipment service life.
